Your device’s sensor is having difficulty detecting airflow, which could be caused by dirt, debris, liquid or a minor fault in the system.
1. Remove the pod and check if the pod and device are clean.
2. Gently wipe the bottom and sides of the pod and the connection area on the device with a dry cloth.
3. Reinsert the pod securely and restart the device.

Always make sure your device is dry and avoid exhaling vapour back into the device.
