A small number of consumers have brought to our attention some issues with their Ten Motives V2 Rechargeable Electronic Cigarette’s USB charger. Please note this issue only relates to the USB charger NOT the V2 Rechargeable Electronic Cigarette device itself.
These issues relate to the potential for the battery to short circuit in particular product batches which may pose a fire risk.
If you purchased a device or a standalone USB charger for our Ten Motives V2 Rechargeable Electronic Cigarette Pro with product codes FUR 123 and below (e.g. FUR 123, FUR 122, FUR 121 etc), we ask you to return the USB charger to us so we can replace it for you. We are doing this as a precautionary measure. We take product safety and quality very seriously and we want to make sure all our consumers are satisfied with their purchases.
