Remember that starting to smoke one of our products is at the very least a commitment to becoming healthier, and hopefully a step along the road to cutting down or even giving up.

Everybody who starts a cigarette finishes it, so in reality once you light up you can’t really decide you’ve had enough nicotine at that point in time, and throw it away after one or two drags.

Gradually your behaviour towards cigarettes becomes less habitual and more practical – so you no longer smoke for the sake of smoking, and just smoke when you need to.
Remember you are not smoking a traditional tobacco cigarette so the initial experience may be slightly different. This is as close as you are going to get to the real thing and a far more realistic experience than patches or gums, but it is still a substitute.
